Position: Pump Service Manager

The position
You are a member of the Service Delivery team operating from our office in Mississauga, Ontario, where it is also your task to carry out Service-related assignments in the broadest sense of the word. These duties and responsibilities are:
Responsible for performing:
Carrying out repairs and overhauls on location mounting and aligning large and small pumps
Supervising and eliminating mechanical, electrical, and control technical malfunctions
Carrying out commissioning
Carrying out measurements and reporting on them
Advising customers on technical questions
Performing recordings for quotations and preparation
Works in accordance with the procedures, as laid down in the quality manual
Works in accordance with and ensures required ISO 14001)
Reports matters concerning Safety, Health, and Environment
We ask of you
You have experience with pumps and pump controls and processes.
You have a hands-on mentality.
You have experience in a technical commercial environment.
You have a good grasp of the English language and your knowledge of the French language is optional.
You are a team player, but you can also work independently.
You have a commercial and customer-oriented attitude and therefore make an active contribution to the result.
You have good experience in making connections (inside and outside), independent, enterprising, and result-oriented.
Your experience with [building] automation is an advantage.
You are eager to learn and you want to learn more about technology.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week and periodic breakdown service.
